Canada–Africa Youth Education Forum

On 22 May 2026 the Commissioner, Hon. Jallahqueena H. Konneh, attended the Canada–Africa Youth Education Forum in Toronto, a three-day forum on international education opportunities and policy dialogue between Canada and Africa. A panel on policy and governance in Canada–Africa educational partnerships brought political and policy actors together to discuss how policy frameworks shape access and outcomes in international education.

The Office also used the forum to speak with partners, stakeholders and companies about potential collaboration involving Liberia.
