Where it is stored: in the Office’s customer relationship management system, which is hosted in the United States. Case records are held in the Office’s document storage.

How long:12 months from the closure of your case. After that the record is deleted from the customer relationship management system and from case storage.

Access and correction: to see what we hold about you, or to ask us to correct it, contact the Office and mark your message for the IT Consultant.
