Assessment visit for the Presidential Social Housing Project

The Office took part in a nationwide assessment of land allocated for the Presidential Social Housing Project.

The Ministry of State for Presidential Affairs, through the Office of the Minister of State without Portfolio, Hon. Hadja Mamaka Bility, conducted a nationwide assessment visit from 8 to 18 April 2026 to inspect and verify parcels of land allocated for the Presidential Social Housing Project.

The mission engaged county stakeholders, sought collaboration on land demarcation, initiated joint land surveys and supported the processing of deeds in the name of the Government of Liberia through the National Housing Authority.

One hundred acres were identified and allocated across Montserrado, Bomi, Grand Bassa, Bong and Lofa counties, designated for the construction of 600 housing units by Larix Company Limited.

The assessment team had six members: two from the Ministry of State, two from the National Housing Authority and two from this Office.
